Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QW Web Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

QW Web Solutions provides professional web design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom Website Design & Development: Mobile-first sites with on-page local SEO, Google Maps, and reviews section.
• Hosting & Maintenance ($59/mo): Managed hosting, SSL security, updates, and 1 revision per month.
• Domain Management ($25/yr): Domain registration and DNS configuration assistance.
• CMS Integration: Setup of Content Management Systems for client-managed content.
• Analytics Integration: Google Analytics setup included in base offer.

Payment Terms

Work begins only after the initial invoice is paid or a deposit is received, as specified in your project proposal.

• Project Invoices: Payment schedules (e.g., 50% deposit, 50% upon completion) will be outlined in your specific invoice.
• Recurring Services: Hosting ($59/mo) and domain renewals ($25/yr) are billed automatically. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
• Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Client Responsibilities

• Content: You are responsible for providing all text, images, and branding assets in a timely manner, unless copywriting services are purchased.
• Rights: You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you provide to us.
• CMS Management: If you opt for CMS integration without a maintenance plan, you are responsible for your own content updates and backups.
• Compliance: If you request tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics), you are solely responsible for ensuring your website's compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• You grant full ownership of the final website design and compiled code to the client.
• QW Web Solutions retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• We retain usage rights to any underlying reusable code libraries or tools developed by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QW Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Vercel) but will assist in resolving such issues within the scope of our maintenance plans.
